Such amazing adventures Gideon has. The story is good old fashioned horror mixed in with action. I adored it. And as always the characters were rich in detail and just enough background to give the storyline exactly the element of terror.
We also have a few new surprises that carries over to the new book that I can't wait to see what becomes of them and just who is involved. Cliffhanger??
Highly recommended this series. Very unique and fun.

I cannot say enough good things about these books! The characters are well thought out and make you love them. The stories are equal parts action, suspense, and adventure with a little bit of romance thrown in. I can't wait for the next book!
Left room for sequels. For this being the sixth, I am not tired of either the characters or the story line. Looking forward to the next installment.
I'm enjoying the world that Sonya Bateman created. The characters are interesting and have enough development that you care about what happens to them.
I felt like i was waiting forever for this book. I don't know if it was too short or i read it too quickly. Hopefully wont be long before I'm reunited again with these wonderful characters once more only reason 4 out of 5 ,felt too short and i missed taurel and sonya but i understood the purpose to show frost n Gideon if i misspelled. It is 3am i guess i couldn't put it down
This book seemed rushed as opposed to the rest of the series. I was disappointed that several of the characters were playing a very small part. The new characters were sketchy. I still like the series but I was disappointed in this one.
Wow... what an adventure for Gideon this time! All he wanted was a vacation, and he ended up in a world filled with copies of the townspeople and a demon trying to possess him. Darn good resolution to it all though! And I'm so happy for him and Agent Frost... can't wait to see how that works out. )
This is a fantastic read. It was nice to see Gideon away from his support system and having to rely on his own abilities. I feel that he grew as a character and became more likable as a result! Impatiently looking forward to the next book!
